The Staffordshire Hoard – Yum!

As a medieval European history geek of the first water, I just cannot get over how amazing this find is. I know it will be a while before the bulk of the collection can be displayed. Which is good enough for me, because I can’t afford to hop a plane to Britain just now. But I’m looking forward to ongoing publications as the collection is studied (and photographed!) and cataloged.
