You should see the prices that the earlier printings of Vol I are bringing on eBay. Amazing! Two or three years ago, you couldn’t give those away. In fact, I think I have one in the attic, in my boxes for the next flea market. Hmmmm. Maybe I’d better go look for it.

It’s interesting that her co-authors’ names don’t seem to appear on the dust jacket — seems a little unfair. The review quotes a lady in Florida who clearly doesn’t understand good cooking at all. If you follow the instructions in the book EXACTLY, you will be astonishingly successful. Don’t make substitutions unless the book allows them.
