1. Interview Mike Rowe. Over a drink. Or eight. Hot funny man who lives in my area who does his own stunts and writes his own jokes–what could be better than that? Plus he’s working a cause I believe in–although I’m not one myself, I seriously respect and admire admire skilled tradesmen. One day soon I’ll write about the coolest trade school and workshop ever.
And have you *seen* those biceps? OMG–all that manual labor has done that man some *good*.
2. Work for or with Joss Whedon, one of my personal writing gods. Yes, Dollhouse is definitely not his best work. Yet. Neither was first season Buffy, kids. The man works for a living, and not every single thing he has or will ever do will be perfection. Or even all that good. But I still believe that Firefly might have been the best and most ambitious show ever to grace the small screen. And that Dr. Horrible was glimpse at the future of video entertainment.
To work with Joss would be a dream fulfilled.
